Eucalyptus Business Park Specific Plan Approved in Ontario Ranch

The City of Ontario recently approved the Eucalyptus Business Park Specific Plan, establishing a framework for approximately 189 acres of future development in Ontario Ranch. The approval marks an important milestone in advancing employment opportunities, infrastructure improvements, and public amenities within the growing community.

The Specific Plan provides for up to 2.9 million square feet of employment-generating business park uses, supported by new infrastructure and roadway improvements. It also incorporates 36 acres of public parkland that will contribute to the City’s vision for the Grand Park, integrating recreational opportunities into the area’s long-term development.

A key component of the Specific Plan is its approach to land use compatibility. The development framework was designed to create a cohesive business park environment while providing a thoughtful transition between surrounding existing uses and future development.

T&B Planning’s Role

On behalf of SRG Commercial, T&B Planning led the entitlement effort, providing comprehensive planning and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) services throughout the approval process.

The team worked closely with City staff, consultants, and stakeholders to navigate the planning and environmental review process, helping establish a development framework aligned with the City’s long-term vision for Ontario Ranch.

The approval represents another successful entitlement effort for T&B Planning and reflects the firm’s continued involvement in projects that support economic development and coordinated land use planning across Southern California.

Congratulations to SRG Commercial and the entire project team on this important milestone!
