07 Oct Apple Valley Planning Commission Approves Major Industrial Project
T&B Planning is pleased to share that the Watson High Desert Logistics Center received full approval from the Town of Apple Valley Planning Commission on August 6, 2025. Developed by Watson Land Company, this project represents one of the largest industrial developments in the High Desert region.
Located on a 200-acre site in Apple Valley, the project will bring nearly 3.73 million square feet of state-of-the-art industrial space to the area. The three-building campus has been designed with flexibility in mind, offering space for advanced manufacturing, high-cube distribution, and other logistics operations. Its scale and adaptability position Apple Valley as a strategic link in Southern California’s growing supply chain network.
Why this project is a significant step for Apple Valley:
- Strengthens regional competitiveness by establishing Apple Valley as a destination for large-scale logistics operations that support statewide and interstate commerce
- Drives economic growth through new employment opportunities and a more diversified local economy
- Implements a long-term vision by transforming an underutilized site into a cohesive, modern logistics campus that meets future industrial needs
