17 Jun Moreno Valley Town Center Plan Receives Green Light

T&B Planning is excited to announce the unanimous approval of the Town Center at Moreno Valley Specific Plan by the City Council — a key milestone for a dynamic, mixed-use community in the heart of the city.

Spanning 70 acres, the plan accommodates up to 800 residential units — including 100 affordable homes — alongside 4.9 acres of public parks and 16 acres designated for commercial and civic uses. Thoughtfully designed to prioritize walkability and community, the Town Center will offer new opportunities to live, work, and connect in Moreno Valley.
