
09 May Approval Secured for Green River Ranch Development

T&B Planning is proud to have led the entitlement efforts for Western Realco’s Green River Ranch project in the City of Corona. With full site plan approval secured, this important project for Corona’s gateway is preparing for construction permitting and build-to-suit industrial development opportunities.
As a win-win for the project and the natural environment, over 80 acres will be conveyed to the Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority. This preserved area will be part of an important wildlife movement connection between the Western Riverside County MSHCP Core A (Prado Basin/Santa Ana River) and Core B (Cleveland National Forest).
This milestone project enforces the power of teamwork. The City of Corona, Western Realco, and T&B Planning’s entitlement team, in addition to KWC Engineering, Bastian Associates, Urban Crossroads, Glenn Lukos Associates, and others contributed their expertise and talents to the multi-disciplinary, multi-year entitlement effort. Together, the end result will bring strategic, flexible industrial space to one of Southern California’s most dynamic growth corridors, all while preserving a significant land area for habitat conservation and wildlife movement. It was truly an amazing team effort.
