25 Sep T&B Planning’s Emilie Colwell wins ICON Award

On September, 23rd of 2023, the Building Industry Association (BIA) of San Diego County celebrated the 2023 Icon Awards at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. The highly anticipated event brought together the brightest stars in the building industry, with a fun tropical vacation theme. 

We are extremely proud as T&B Planning’s own Emilie Colwell, Project Manager, was awarded with the BIA Consultant of the Year, highlighting her profound individual contributions to our team and to our industry, by providing insightful consulting at every opportunity. To better serve our clients, Emilie prepares and manages CEQA documents for residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. She also is an experienced development services manager, assisting clients with entitlements and post-entitlement approvals. She is a member of the Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP) and the Building Industry Association (BIA) Young Leaders Council (y|Gen Council).

The BIA Icon Awards recognize the industry’s most outstanding contributors (builder, trade, and design professionals) who have distinguished themselves by working hard to deliver their best each day for the betterment of our industry. We are extremely proud of Emilie and other highly dedicated team members that are recognized in the building community. We also congratulate Sara Kilburn, from The Mark Group, and Anisa Kremer, from Engineering Partners, Inc. for their accomplishments and recognition.
