25 May T&B Planning, Inc. present at the Southern California BIA Mid-Year Economic Update

On May 16th, 2024, Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc (BIA) in Riverside County and San Bernardino County presented the Inland Empire economic update at the DoubleTree Hotel in Ontario, California, sponsored by SoCal Gas. The keynote speaker was Scott Wild, Senior Vice President of Consulting at John Burns Research and Consulting.

The main feature of the event was to provide the Riverside on San Bernardino County’s 2024 Mid-Year Economic Update. T&B Planning joined 170 other attendees, and the office was represented by Lance Retuya, Project Manager. By attending these insightful events, Lance, who is responsible for preparing planning and entitlement documents and managing key planning projects at the office, helps support our office’s commitment to staying on top of the trends and most important changes in the construction, real estate, development and land planning industries.
