T&B Planning is pleased to welcome Jessica Sofian as our newest Environmental Analyst.

Jessica joins us with a strong background in environmental studies and applied experience in habitat restoration, GIS, and ecological research. She holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and recently completed her Master’s in Conservation and Restoration Science at UC Irvine.

In her new role, Jessica will support our environmental team across a range of projects that align with her academic training and fieldwork expertise. Her passion for sustainability and forward-thinking approach to environmental planning make her a great fit for our growing team.

We’re excited to have Jessica on board and look forward to the valuable contributions she’ll bring to our mission of delivering thoughtful, resilient planning solutions.
