The NAIOP recently held its 2024 I.CON West conference, which is focused on the development, management, and growth of industrial real estate. The two-day event covered a range of topics, from trends and new technologies in industrial development to the challenges and successes of the industry’s professionals. The event provided invitees with valuable insight and created a lively environment for networking. 

T&B Planning Inc. was well-represented by our President & CEO, Tracy Zinn, a featured panel speaker on a discussion entitled “Entitlement and Environmental Due Diligence: How to Mitigate Risk and Maximize Certainty.” Tracy was able to share strategies to assist the attendees in unraveling the intricacies of the CEQA compliance process, especially regarding supply chain and commercial development deals. With over 30 years of experience in the southern California market, Tracy has entitled over 85 million square feet of supply chain building space in more than 210 buildings. Her understanding of the compliance process gave the panel a seasoned professional who provided in-depth comprehension of how to best adhere to regulatory requirements for a wide range of projects. 

NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is a leading organization for developers, owners, and investors in office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use real estate. With over 21,000 members, NAIOP provides strong advocacy, education, and business opportunities within its North American network. Tracy is a NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter Board of Directors and Legislative Affairs Committee member and actively supports these and other NAIOP initiatives.
