T&B Planning, Inc. celebrated its 50th year in business with a Golden Anniversary party on October 3, 2024, alongside our incredible team and esteemed partners. “A company that can remain strong over five decades is pretty spectacular” was overheard among the elite gathering of clients, colleagues, and friends. Anniversaries are incredible milestones and a time to reflect but are also a time to look forward.

Event attendees learned about the incredible milestones that T&B Planning has achieved over its 50 years and the many exciting things that are planned for its future. The firm was founded in 1974 by Lou Turrini and Bob Brink, an architect and engineer who believed that the best outcomes in urban planning would come from the dual perspectives of creativity and practicality. They were right, and their legacy continues today.

“So much has changed over the history of our firm, but a few things have remained constant. First, to provide accurate and honest work. Second, to always be truthful. Third, to treat our employees, our clients, and our partner companies like family.

To our clients, we want you to know that we are very privileged and honored that you trust us with your projects. You give us the opportunity to work on some of the best land development projects in Southern California and beyond. We would not be able to do what we do, without you. If you travel around Orange, San Diego, and Los Angeles counties, and most of Inland Empire, you will likely pass by or through a project that T&B Planning has planned, designed, analyzed, or entitled.

It’s amazing when you look back over our 50 years and reflect on how much great work our company has done. Personally, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities that this company has given to me, from my days as an entry-level planner to now serving as its President and CEO.
