T&B Planning Delivers CEQA and Entitlement Success in Fontana

A new chapter of industrial growth is underway in Fontana. T&B Planning supported LBA Realty in securing approvals for a 200,000-plus square foot logistics building at the southwest corner of Santa Ana Avenue and Banana Avenue, within the City’s Southwest Industrial Park (SWIP) Specific Plan area.

This project marks the culmination of a comprehensive transformation at this pivotal intersection. With this latest milestone, T&B Planning has now provided entitlement and CEQA services for projects on all four corners—totaling nearly 965,000 square feet of new development that supports job creation, site revitalization, and strategic land use.
