30 Oct Questhaven Residential Community Approved in San Diego County
T&B Planning is pleased to share that the Questhaven Residential Community by ColRich has received full approval from the County of San Diego Planning Commission. This forward-looking neighborhood will deliver 76 single-family homes, including 7 affordable units, on nearly 90 acres of land in unincorporated San Diego County.
Approved under SB 330 and the State Density Bonus Law, Questhaven reflects a smart, conservation-minded approach to residential development. Homes are thoughtfully clustered to reduce environmental impact and enhance site efficiency—preserving over 70 percent of the land as permanent open space.
Why Questhaven Matters for San Diego County:
-
Expands Housing Options: Introduces a mix of market-rate and affordable single-family homes in a growing area of the county.
-

-
Supports Regional Goals: Aligns with the County’s commitment to sustainability, responsible growth, and long-term livability.
