T&B Planning served as the City of Jurupa Valley’s lead CEQA consultant for the BRE Space Center Mira Loma Logistics Project. The property is located within one mile of the I-15/SR-60 interchange in an industrial area of Jurupa Valley. The project entailed redeveloping approximately 105 acres of developed land that contained nine occupied buildings nearing the end of their useful life. The developer proposed to redevelop the site, retaining a small portion of the existing structures, with two warehouse buildings totaling 2.1M SF and offering 338 dock doors, 1,170 parking spaces, and 425 truck trailer parking spaces. T&B Planning worked closely with the City of Jurupa Valley to prepare the project’s CEQA compliance documents and review all supporting technical studies to ensure CEQA adequacy.
