His thoughtful, client-focused approach combines strong technical expertise with an eye for innovative design. Under his leadership, The Galloway Group became a trusted partner for complex planning initiatives and creative land use solutions, emphasizing collaboration, clarity, and a deep understanding of economic, market, and community dynamics. Terry is accredited as a Certified Planner (AICP) and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)—credentials that reflect his commitment to professional excellence and sustainable design.
